The Firm
Bassani & Garcia Advogados is a tax law boutique. We practice corporate tax law, working closely with the people who lead the company's decisions.
We choose to work with a small number of clients so we can know each company in depth: the business, the numbers, the structure and who decides. That is how we take part in decisions before they become tax problems, not only afterwards.
We work from advisory to litigation, before tax authorities and the courts, with particular attention to manufacturing, services and agribusiness. We work side by side with each client's accountants: they know the numbers, and we bring the reading of risk, interpretation and strategy.
